Last month, we introduced our AI chatbot designed to help Shopify stores enhance their marketing strategies. Kuma’s AI chatbot offers three main functions. Lastly, Kuma’s users can maximize their ROI by uncovering optimal marketing strategies tailored to their Shopify store. But what’s new to our chatbot?
First, Kuma’s AI chatbot now provides the ability to generate a CSV file containing all the data used to answer your questions. For instance, if a user asks about their best-selling products, our AI chatbot will not only give a summary but also supply a CSV file with additional details such as product IDs, product names and total quantities sold.
Moreover, our AI chatbot for Shopify stores is now available in multiple screen formats. You can interact with it in a full-page mode or a more compact version as a modal on the right side of our Shopify application.
Cohort Analysis for Shopify Stores Made Easy!
We recently added a cohort analysis dashboard to help marketers analyze Shopify customers’ retention and buying habits. This cohort analysis illustrates how often customers who made their first purchase during a defined period return to make new purchases. It is important to note that this analysis reflects the first order of customers within the selected period and is not limited to new customers only. Thus, if a customer placed orders in different periods, only their orders within the chosen date range will be displayed in the analysis. This method allows you to visualize how purchases from all new and existing Shopify customers are distributed over the selected periods.
Unveil Predictive Audiences for Your Shopify Store!
You can now effortlessly access predictive audiences suggested by Kuma’s artificial intelligence algorithm through our audiences dashboard and Kuma AI dashboard. You will find detailed audience suggestions and information in your audience dashboard, such as RFM segmentation statistics, audience size and descriptions. For example, our AI might suggest a predictive audience for occasional shoppers, outlining their average recency, frequency and monetary value of Shopify purchases. Additionally, a description will guide you on the best marketing strategies to develop for this audience. With just one click, you can create this audience and synchronize it with Meta Ads, Klaviyo, and HubSpot! It’s that simple!
Audience Segmentation for Your Shopify Store Optimized
Our audience creator has undergone some exciting changes! As a reminder, our audience creator allows you to segment your Shopify customer base into distinct groups using historical and predictive data related to customer behavior, orders, and more. For instance, you can create an audience specifically for customers who are highly likely to purchase a particular item, such as your anti-aging serum.
What’s new is that you now have the option to further refine your audience by excluding specific criteria. For example, while creating the same audience, you can choose to exclude customers who have recently purchased a serum, targeting only those most likely to buy the anti-aging serum. Additionally, we’ve introduced new filters to audience criteria, including tags, variant IDs, SKUs and promotional codes. This allows you to define your audience even more precisely.
Furthermore, as you create your audience, you’ll now see a dashboard displaying RFM statistics relevant to the audience you’re building. Lastly, we’ve given our design a fresh update to make it even more visually appealing! We hope you enjoy the new look and feel!
